Shami Kababs are a traditional dish which never disappoints you be it any dawat,or hi tea ya ajaen guests achanak so you can use them instantly as they can be kept in freezer for long.
Steps

In a pot put meat,water with all the ingredients except salt.

Let this cook on slow flame until daal and meat are fully done and mixture is dried.

Add salt and mix well.

Once this mixture cools,put this in chopper and mix it. Take out I a bowl.

In chopper put 1 large onion,2 green chillies,1/2 cup coriander,1/2 cup mint leaves and chopperise.

Mix this with the already chooperised meat mixture. Add eggs and mix again.

Give shape of kababs and freeze for later use or fry and enjoy.
