Soak sabudana for minimum 1 hour

Boil potatoes and keep aside

In a bowl take soaked sabudana, add mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chillies and all the ingredients mix.

You can add grated cheese cubes it's optional

Mix everything nicely and make a nice mixture, take some mixture and give shape round or oval as you like.

Repeat for the rest of mixture

In a kadai take oil for deep frying, fry in batches adding 4-5 vadas at a time.

Once it's nice golden on both the sides serve with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.
