3 cupscassava flour
5ripe bananas
1/2tspn bicarbonate
2 tbspsugar (optional)
Oil for frying

Peel bananas and mash in a bowl.

Add, bicarbonate and sugar followed by the flour and keep kneading to form a firm dough.

Roll the dough on a floured surface and cut into desired shape.

Fry them in oil under medium heat until golden brown.

Enjoy when cooled.
