Ingredients

  • 2pomfret fish (clean and wash)
  • 4garlic cloves
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspbesan (gram flour)
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and wash fish

    Then grind all ingredients and marinate fish at least for 1hour

    Heat oil on tawa and fry till crisp on both side... Serve hot
