  1. 1/2 kgroast goat
  2. 2 cupsboiled green pigeon peas
  3. 5tomatoes
  4. 1ginger root
  5. 5garlic sections
  6. 2large onions
  7. 3 tablespoonsdark soy sauce
  8. 1 tablespoonblack pepper
  9. Oil

Steps

    Chop the onions, ginger and garlic and fry them in the oil.

  2. 2

    Add in the goat, cut into medium size pieces.

  3. 3

    Blend the tomatoes and add to the meat with the soy sauce, salt and spices.

  4. 4

    Cook until the meat is very tender, then add the peas. Cook some more until you have a thick gravy.
