Sweet and sour spicy chutney gooes well with so many dishes chat, dahi baray, bbq, kababs etc. Can be kept for long time in fridge.

Sweet and sour spicy chutney gooes well with so many dishes chat, dahi baray, bbq, kababs etc. Can be kept for long time in fridge.
Steps

Soak imli in water till it's soft take out seeds and chilka.

In a pan cook imli pulp with all ingredients except Chat masala
- 3
Taste it if it's very tangy add more sugar but it's sweet and sour not very sweet.
- 4
When all ingredients are well cooked it takes few mins off the flame.
- 5
Add chat masala and keep in a sterilized glass jar and store.
