This is the Ekadashi vrat dish in my home. And whether everyone is fasting or not, they all are enjoying it. You should avoid too much if you have thyroid related problems.

This is the Ekadashi vrat dish in my home. And whether everyone is fasting or not, they all are enjoying it. You should avoid too much if you have thyroid related problems.
Steps

Soak Sabudana for minimum 6 hours. Keep ingredients ready as it is in picture.

Take a pan, add oil, curry leaves, green chillies and chopped potatoes. Cover it and cook it on low flame. No need to add water. After 5 minutes, potatoes will be cooked.

Add soaked Sabudana, red chilli powder and crushed peanuts.

Mix it properly. Cover it and cook it on low flame for another 5-7 minutes. Add coriander leaves. Ready to serve.
