Steps

Soak chana overnight and boiled it in cooker.

Take a pan, add oil, garlic and red chilli paste, asfoitida, turmeric powder and curry leaves. Mix it properly. Add coriander powder

Add boiled chana in that. Add salt and cover it. Let it cook for some time.

After some time add besan in it.

Mix it properly. Cook till it become dry. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with Rice and Kadhi.
