Soak urad dal for 5hours or overnight, grind and make thick paste

Add baking powder, salt mix well and wait for 10 mints, take little in your hand then deep fry. Remove and soak in water for 2 to 3mints. Press and remove water and put into curd.

In a vessel add curd, add salt and sugar beat well so sugar gets dissolve nicely add fried and soaked in water wade into dahi, garnish with zeera powder, chaat masala red chilli powder and serve.
