Roast the gramfour till the aroma is felt.seive

Heat the ghee add add some to the flour and mix without any lumps

Take a bowl and rub with some ghee and keep it aside

Bol the sugar and1/4 cup water to a one string consistency

Now add the gram flour and mix well

Pour the warm ghee little by little and cook.use all the ghee heated

The batter shud cook in the ghee well

When mixture is bubbly and done pour the mixture to the greased vessel

Rest it for few minutes and cut into pieces
