Grind palak, green peas and green chilli. Heat kadhai add palak batter and saute it.

Now add ginger garlic paste boiled potatoes and all masala rice flour and mix it nicely and turn off the flame and then add grated paneer and mix it nicely and corns.

Make it's tikki shape and the-fry it serve with chutney.
