  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 tspajwain
  3. 2 tspoil
  4. As neededwater
  5. As neededoil for deep fry

    Add salt in wheat flour and make a smooth dough with water.

  2. 2

    Make a small ball and spread with the help of a rolling pin. Make a round shape.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadhai and fry puri.

  4. 4

    Puri is ready.
