  • 1/2 cupgrate coconut
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspwhite pepper
  • 1/4 tspchat masala
  • 1/4 tspblack salt
  • 1/3 cupcurd
  • 6 tspoil
  • 2 tspgreen chilli
  • 1 tspginger powder

  1. 1

    Cut the bread into four pieces in pair.

    Mix grated coconut,curd and all the masala,chilli in a pot.

    Deep the pair of the pieces of bread in mix curd.

    Keep them in plate and keep oil hot in tawa.

    Keep the marinate bread in oil and fry from both side in low flame.

    Then,keep it in plate after frying and serve it.
