In a mixing bowl take maida, add salt add ghee and mix well like crumbly texture. Now add little water knead it and make a semi soft dough. Cover and keep aside.

In a pan add one tsp oil heat it add cumin seeds saute few seconds add onion when it become translucent add mashed potatoes and add all the above spices and salt. Mix well saute for 4-5 minutes then turn off the flame.

Let it cool down.

Take the dough.make medium size balls from the dough. Take one ball roll it in a thin chapati shape. Remove the edges with the help of knife. Cut it into rectangular sheet. Prepare all the sheets.

Take on sheet apply water on all corners then put some potato mixture in one corner and roll it. Take a tooth pick and prick in it to seal it.

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry all the rolls on medium flame.
