Dhaba style crispy ladyfinger with crispy potatoes

First wash the potatoes and ladyfingers.

Now cut the ladyfingers and potatoes into long long pieces.

Now heat oil in a pan.

After the oil is heated.

Fry the ladyfingers and potatoes in it until it becomes crispy.

After deep frying take it out in a plate.

Now put 2tbsp oil in a nonstick pan.

After the oil is hot add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 tbsp poppy seeds.

Add 1 tbsp onion paste and 2 tbsp garlic paste

All ingrediants cook for 2 minutes.

Now add 1 tsp red chilli powder and as much salt as needed.

Mix all ingredients well and turn of the gas.

Take out dhaba style crispy ladyfinger and crispy potatoes in a hotpot or plate and pour coriander over it.
