Start chopping carrot, onion and celery. Put a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and add the vegetables to it. Cook until they are golden. Add the mince meat and cook for few minutes, stirring often until the meat becomes brown.

Add the wine and the rosemary to the meat and cook for about 1 hour on low heat. Add salt and pepper.

Remove the rosemary and add the pasta to the pan and mix together. Plate it up and add a drizzle of olive oil and add some parmesan cheese.
