Sweet and Sour Tilapia

We had a leftover Tilapia last night, so I decided to make it into this wonderful recipe.
You can do this also with a fish fillet or whole fish. Grouper (lapu - lapu) is the type of fish commonly used in this recipe. But since I only have tilapia, I will use this instead.

Steps

Fry the fish until golden brown. Set aside

Saute ginger, onions and garlic

Add the green bell pepper and white part of the spring onion.

Add the pineapple chunks. Then add the cooked fish
- 5
Add the mixture. Add a little bit of water.

Once simmering. Add green part of spring onions. Serve with rice ❤️
