It's a maharashtrian item. It's very easy & tasty. My hubby and daughter likes very much.

Steps

Soak sanudanas over night Or 5 to 6 hours. Add just enough water to cover them.

Now take a bowl put sabudanas, gingerchilli paste, mashed potatoes and salt mix them.

After that add peanut powder mix it well & make like a dough.

Now make ball size vadas from this dough.

Heat oil in a pan fry vadas till it becomes golden or red.

Serves hot with coconut chutney Or Tomato sauce.
