Roast the coriander whole and cumin seeds and crushed them.

Put the mince in a bowl and add one egg,all spices and chopped veggies.

Mix the mixture with your hand.

Mix the 3 remaining scrambled eggs and mix it in with the mince.

Cover with a lid and let it Marinate for 1 hours in the fridge.

In a pan heat oil.

For making Chapli Kabab, Take a 80 grm amount of the mince and shape it into a flat Patty. (Main bana ky freeze karti hoow jitny required hoow bana lein.)

Let it cook on a low flame. When the Kabab is properly cooked from both sides, take it out.

Serve hot with paratha and Raita.
