Ingredients

15 minutes
as required
  • 1 kgBeef Qeema with fats
  • 1/2 cupmakai ky AATA
  • 200grm onion chopped
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tbspGinger paste
  • 1 tbspGarlic paste
  • 2 tbspcrushed coriander whole
  • 1 tbspcrushed Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbspGaram Masala
  • 1 tbspanar dana crushed
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 bunchgreen coriander leaves chopped
  • 5-6green chilli chopped
  • 4eggs (3 eggs ka scrambled egg bana lein.)
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Roast the coriander whole and cumin seeds and crushed them.

  2. 2

    Put the mince in a bowl and add one egg,all spices and chopped veggies.

  3. 3

    Mix the mixture with your hand.

  4. 4

    Mix the 3 remaining scrambled eggs and mix it in with the mince.

  5. 5

    Cover with a lid and let it Marinate for 1 hours in the fridge.

  6. 6

    In a pan heat oil.

  7. 7

    For making Chapli Kabab, Take a 80 grm amount of the mince and shape it into a flat Patty. (Main bana ky freeze karti hoow jitny required hoow bana lein.)

    Let it cook on a low flame. When the Kabab is properly cooked from both sides, take it out.

  9. 9

    Serve hot with paratha and Raita.
