Easy peasy Samosa recipe with store bought Samosa Leaves from Switz. Since these are readymade sheets, I have preferred using Cheese as the filling because these get fried very quickly and without any hassles. Otherwise if these Cheesy Samosas are made with the Samosa dough prepared at home, it takes a good amount of time in getting fried. They tend to be raw if not fried properly. Hence this store bought Leaves were the perfect option for making these Cheesylicious Samosas. Treat your families to these beautiful looking Samosas at Shaam Ki Chai alongside for a lovely time with them.

Ingredients

25 minutes
5-6 servings
  1. 1/2 (1 pack)Switz Samosa Leaves
  2. 1 1/2 cupAmul Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese Blend
  3. 2 tspRed Chilli flakes
  4. 2 tspOregano
  5. 1 tspSalt or to taste
  6. 1/4 cupFlour paste
  7. Oil for frying as required

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Just mix all the ingredients in the Cheese. Keep everything ready.

    Make a thick Flour paste with a little water and All Purpose Flour or Maida. Start making the Samosas now.

    Fill a tablespoon of the Cheese mix in each of the Samosa Leaves and fold as shown in the pics. That's it. Heat enough Oil for frying on a low heat until you make all the Samosas.

  4. 4

    Fry them on a medium high heat and no need of frying them for a long time. It takes a few minutes only to get done. The filling can be of any Cheese you prefer. It can be made with Cheese Spread also. Enjoy these lipsmacking Samosas with Kissan Tomato Ketchup or Hot Sauce.
