Peel and mash the bananas until smooth. Drizzle with a little lemon juice to prevent browning and set aside.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the mashed bananas, then slowly mix in the milk and oil while continuing to beat.

Gradually sift in the flour, vanilla, and baking powder, mixing in batches. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. (Optional: Sprinkle with coarse sugar on top.)

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 45–50 minutes. Once baked and cooled, you can optionally dust with powdered sugar.
