Ingredients

  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour (250 grams)
  • 2large ripe bananas
  • 2medium eggs
  • 3/4 cupsugar (160 grams)
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil (100 ml)
  • 1/2 cupmilk (120 ml)
  • 1 packetvanilla powder or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 packetbaking powder (about 2 1/2 teaspoons)

    Peel and mash the bananas until smooth. Drizzle with a little lemon juice to prevent browning and set aside.

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the mashed bananas, then slowly mix in the milk and oil while continuing to beat.

  3. 3

    Gradually sift in the flour, vanilla, and baking powder, mixing in batches. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. (Optional: Sprinkle with coarse sugar on top.)

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 45–50 minutes. Once baked and cooled, you can optionally dust with powdered sugar.
