Steps

Take a bowl. Add suji, yogurt, salt, water and all vegetables of your choice.like carrot,lauki,green chilli,tomatoes,onion, garlic etc. Mix it well. Whip it for 5 minutes.

Cover it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, better looks thick, we need to add water and whip again

Then take a appam stand, heat the stand add oil. Mustard seed, curry leaves and add 1 tbsp better.

Cover it for 3 to 5 minutes.

Ready to eat. Serve.
