Wash and cut mushrooms into four or just make it half depends upon the size of the mushroom.Fry mushrooms in 1 tablespoons of oil. Keep it aside, dry roast this masala, make a fine powder out of this

Take oil in a kadai, add sugar, onion and Chillies. Fry for 5 minutes, add Chopped tomatoes salt and all dried masala

Dry roast above mentioning things for masala

Add this grind masala into onion fry, add mushrooms mix all these things together, after 5 minutes add one small glass of water and salt, cover it cook for 5 minutes.

Finally add tamarind Pulp and cook for another 5 minutes
