In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, salt as per taste and 1 tablespoon oil. Slowly add water, little bit at a time, mixing with your hands until soft dough forms

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the dough and knead again until the dough is smooth. Allow to rest for 10 to 20 minutes

Cut the banana into three pieces, remove the edges, boil it with water for about 3 whistle.

Then, allow the banana to cool. Next, peel and mash the raw banana
The banana should be mashed very well. There should not be any tiny bits of unmashed - 5
Add in haldi and salt to it and mix very well

Heat oil in now will add finely chopped green chilless curry leave

Now will add mustard seed,cumin seed,coriander seed,hing

Now will add massed banana and mix very well and cook for 5 min

After 5 min will add coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix it again and off the flame

Now make ball all your raw banana stuffing

Now to begin making the paratha, keep some flour aside for dusting. Divide the dough into lemon side balls.

Dust the dough portions in flour, flatten it and roll it into a 3 inch diameter circle.

Keep stuffing ball at center Bring the edges together and make them into balls

Again roll them into rotis

Now to cook the Paratha, first preheat the tawa on medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on top and allow it to cook on one side. After about 10 to 15 seconds, flip the paratha.

At this stage, smear some oil or ghee to cook the paratha

Flip again At this stage, smear some oil or ghee to cook the parathaCook the paratha by flipping over a couple of times until you see golden spots on both sides.

Proceed the same way with the remaining dough portions and serve the Raw Banana with curd tomato chutney, fried green chiili
