This is my version of a classic recipe. Very useful for using up the remains of a roast chicken and quick to make. It can serve 2-4 people (or more) depending on how much leftover chicken you have. Also excellent with turkey, pheasant or duck. The quantities for the sauce can be very flexible!

Ingredients

20 minutes
2 - 4 servings
  1. stripsLeftover chicken cut into
  2. 2 tbspsmayonnaise
  3. 2 tbspstomato ketchup
  4. 1 tbspWorcester sauce
  5. 2 tbspsplain yogurt
  6. 1 tspgarlic paste or finely chopped garlic
  7. 1good tbsp chutney
  8. Salt and pepper

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients apart from the chicken.

    Mix the sauce with the sliced chicken and put it into an ovenproof dish

    Bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 180 degrees, until the chicken is hot through and the sauce is starting to brown on the top. Serve with rice or a jacket potato.
