For binding Dough, Take wheat flour in the add 1tsp oil, salt to taste, black pepper pinch around, Cumin seeds 1/2tsp and add 1/2cup of milk and some water knead a soft dough

For Stuffing, Chop paneer in fnely small squares, also chop capsicum and tomato, Now take 2tsp oil, add 1tsp Cumin seeds and saute the tomato and Capsicum first later add Paneer cubes and mix them all add 1/4tsp of turmeric powder, green chilli paste, chilli powder and pinch of oregano and chilli flakes,add some coriander leaves and cheese in the stuff.

Now it's time to assemble all.. Roll and Roast the paratha in oval shape and place the stuff in between and close them from both ends.

Ready to eat in Breakfast or dinner any of them..
