Firstly grate the potato, then take rice flour add potato, cumin powder, salt, baking soda.

Now with the help of curd make batter like roti. But it's very soft and put this for 1 hour.

Now preheat the nonstick pan for 10 minutes.

Now give one punch in roti batter and give small Bread shapes.

Then in preheated non-stick pan put all small Bread, cover with lid and bake it for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes it's become very fluffy that everyone love it so much.
