Clean and wash the fish pieces

For marinating, take chilli powder as per your spice levels, some salt, 2 spoons rice flour, 1 spoon ginger garlic paste, 2 to 3 spoons of vinegar.

Mix all the ingredients to a paste consistency.

Coat the paste over the fish and let sit for 30 min to 1 hour

Take a pan or a dosa tawa
- 6
Add in 5 tbspn of oil. Once the oil is heated add 2 to 5 curry leaves. Once it splatters Remove the curry leaves.

Now add the fish pieces. Around 4 pieces can be fried at a time.

Cover the tawa / pan and let it cook on one side for 3 to 5 mins

Now flip the fish pieces and cook for 3 to 5 mins.

Once done the fish is ready to serve.

Note: adding too much vinegar will result in too much sourness. For 1 kg of fish do not exceed more than 3 spoons of vinegar
