Steps

Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into round slices, then add salt, turmeric powder to it and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.

Soak rice and lentils in water for 4 hours, then grind garlic and green chillies in it and then mix salt turmeric powder in it.

Stir and fry potatoes slices in rice and dal paste and cook them till they turn brown.
