Pressure cook baby potatoes for 3 whistles. Cool & peel. Pierce with them with fork.

Soak dry Kashmiri chillies in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Grind it with garlic cloves, to make smooth paste.

In kadhai add heat oil, add boiled baby potatoes and stir fry on medium flame till crispy golden. Transfer/ remove them in plate.

In same kadhai add garlic-red chillies paste. Saute for 2 minutes. Add dhania jeera powder, garam masala,chat masala,salt,1/2 cup water and mix well.

Add sauted/ stir fried baby potatoes in,mix well and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

Serve/ Relish delicious kathiyawadi Lasaniya Bataka garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
