Steps

Add oil in a cooking sufuria and put in chopped onions. Heat until the onions turn brown

Add your chopped tomatoes or the tomato paste then cover.

Let the tomatoes cook until they form a stew and add salt to taste.

Add the cooked Githeri then cover and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Add the greens cook uncovered for not more than 5 minutes

Remove from the heat and serve while hot.
