Goujouns are deep-fried strips of chicken or fish but here potato fingers have been used. Deliciously flavored with ground almonds and kid’s favorite.
Steps

Wash and peel the potatoes skin. Cut into fingers. Mix with pepper and salt.

Grind 5-7 slices of fresh bread in a mixture to get bread crumbs.

Mix almond powder and bread crumb, salt, black pepper and coriander leaves together. Keep it aside.

Mix all the ingredients of the batter and dip the potatoes in wheat flour batter and roll it into the bread crumb mixture. Keep it in freezer for 15- 20 mins.

Heat oil and deep fry the potatoes stick till it’s golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot with ketchup or any dip.
