Grind oats in a grinder jar, add wheat flour,salt,curd and water

Make a batter and rest for 10 mins

Now heat a pan apply oil and spread a spoon of batter,spread chopped vegetable on it

Cover a lid and keep medium flame, cook for 2 mins,after 2 min open lid and flip another side

Cook for another 2 mins,After 2 mins take it out from pan

Serve with coconut chutney

Note :- 1)Don't flip fast,once uttapam cooked for 2 min after that flip into another side,2)You can mix all veggies in batter before preparing
