Take potatoes of medium size. Cut them into half. Now try to make small cuts in it as shown with the help help of knife. See that the cuts you r making are not fully deep otherwise potatoes will be cut into 2 halves.

Prepare masala by mixing all the spices according to your taste. Hold the potato half in one hand and fill masala with another hand.

Heat a tawa. Put 4-5spoons of oil. Now keep masala potatoes over the oil and cover it for 5-6mins

Now open the lid and turn the potatoes upside down. Put 4-5spoons of oil. Again cover for 5-6mins.

Remove the lid and again turn the potatoes upside down. Serve it with hit roti.
