Mix 3 cups of Wheat flour and salt as per taste.Add 1 tbsp oil and make a dough with water.

Rest the dough for 10 mins.

Now take 1 tbsp red chili powder,1 tbsp Cumin powder,1 tbsp Amchur powder,1/2 tbsp Chat Masala and 1/4 tbsp salt and mix together well.Masala is ready.

Make Dough balls and roll it like Roti.Brush little oil/ghee.

Now sprinkle some Masala and dry fenugreek leaves.

Now it's time to make twist.Fold it like Lachha Paratha.Roll it again and press it.

Take little dry wheat flour and roll it again and fry it with oil as required.

Masala Paratha is ready to serve hot with any curry.Enjoy it
