  2. Salt
  3. Vegetable oil
  4. Water

    Wash and peel the potato

    Slice and wash again

  3. 3

    Sprinkle salt and drain excess water

  4. 4

    Fry in hot oil untill crisp.

  5. 5

    Serve with ketchup
