Steps

Put minced beef, chopped onion, daal, ginger garlic paste, salt, water, freshly grinded gram masala in pot and let it cook.

Add more water if required. Let the beef and daal cook till it's tender.

Dry all the water.

Once it's done let the mixture cool down then grind it.

After that add green chillies and dhania finely chopped.

Now add salt(according to taste if required), red chilli powder, chilli flakes and eggs.

Mix them all well then make tikkis of it and fry.
