Heat the Kadai and add water, salt, ginger and oil into it and let the water boil.

Keeping the flame low start adding sooji slowly, stirring it continuously so that lumps do not form

Cover it for 2-3 minutes and let the sooji get softer and fluffy.

Now knead the sooji dough and make small balls out of it. Then Steam it for 15 minutes

Later on, take a pan heat oil and add the tempering items.Now add turmeric and salt into it.

Furthermore, add steamed sooji balls to the pan and stir it.

Finally, add lemon juice and serve it.
