In a bowl, combine the chicken legs with all the spices and yogurt. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the mustard oil. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken. Stir, then cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Turn off the heat.

Turn the heat back on and, using tongs, hold each chicken leg over the flame to char it slightly on all sides. Your tandoori chicken is now ready to serve.
