  4. to tasteSalt according
  5. Red chilli powder 1tblspn
  6. to tasteGreen chilli according
  7. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  8. Ginger grated 1tbl spn

Cooking Instructions

    Bowl potato and mash it

  2. 2

    Add all spices grated ginger and chopped green chilli also and mix well

  3. 3

    Wheat dough add potato mixture and roll

  4. 4

    Cook both sides paratha with ghee or oil and serve with curd butter mix pickle
