Red chilli powder 1tblspn
to tasteGreen chilli according
1 pinchturmeric powder
Ginger grated 1tbl spn

Bowl potato and mash it

Add all spices grated ginger and chopped green chilli also and mix well

Wheat dough add potato mixture and roll
4

Cook both sides paratha with ghee or oil and serve with curd butter mix pickle
