Spicy and tangy tamarind chutney

Soak the tamarind into hot water for 10mins. add dates and grind in a fine paste.

Heat a pan add 1tablespoon of oil add the paste and mix it well. Cook for 5 mins.

Add brown sugar, red chilli powder, dry ginger powder, Salt, coriander powder and mix it well. Cook for 5 mins. Switch off the gas sprinkle black cumin seeds.

Now spicy and tangy tamarind chutney is ready.
