First peel and chop the boiled potatoes.

Whisk the yoghurt to make it smooth. Don't make the yoghurt thin, don't add any water.

In a bowl add chopped boiled potatoes, pomegranate, green chillies, green coriander, mint leaves, chaat masala, bhuna jeera powder, black salt and mithi chutney. I am not adding white salt as there is salt in chaat masala as well as mithi chutney. But you can add it if you feel salt is less.

Mix everything well. Your aloo anarkali salad is ready. You can have this salad as it is. It is really delicious and makes for almost a healthy snacks.

Add the whisked yoghurt to the aloo anarkali salad and mix. Garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy.
