Dum Aloo
Steps

Put baby potatoes, salt & water in a pressure Cooker. Make 1 whistle.

Cool the cooker. Drain the water, peel the potatoes & poke it with toothpick.

Fry the potatoes on medium flame until golden brown.

Take 2 cups yoghurt or curd in a bowl. Add 4 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder & salt into it. Mix it well with whisker.

Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan or kadhai add hing, coariander powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste & water mix it well. Now add curd mixture, salt mix it well.

Cook 10 minutes while continuously stirring. Add fried potatoes & garam masala into it. Mix it well.

Cook & cover it for 10 minutes.sprinkle some kasuri methi.

Now it's ready. Serves hot with chapati or naaan or bhakris. 🙂
