Ingredients

  • 2Oreo biscuit pack(120gms)
  • 4sp brown sugar
  • 1eno pack
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 3sp oil
  • 1sp ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    In mixijar add 1and half pack of biscuits removing cream and grind with brown sugar to powder.

    Add biscuit powder to a bowl add milk to make it flowing consistency.

    Add oil to batter and mix well.

    Grease and dust mould with flour. To batter add eno and little milk and mix it well,pour into mould.

    Heat kadai for 10min and keep the mould and bake for 25,30min.

    Take out cool a while then decorate, did with chocolate ganache and enjoy the cake.
