Aloo palak paratha

Mix wheatflour, salt,oil and spinach leaves and add little water and knead a dough.

Take a kadai add oil, when hot add carom seeds(crush it between palms). Add asafoetida and crushed cumin seeds and saute well.

Add in ginger,garlic,greenchillipaste and saute. Add in amchur powder.

Add garam masala and saute well. Add spinach leaves and mix well.

Add boiled mashed potatoes. mix everything well. Add sabji masala and give a nice mix till everything well mixed.

Make balls out of dough and glatten a ball and keep one masala ball in between. close the sides and seal it.

Prepare all balls the same way. Dust flour on the rolling board and roll the paratha.

Roll it little thick. Heat a tawa and apply some ghee and pit the paratha on it. Flip other side and cook.

When it has golden spots and puffs up apply ghee on both sides and take out. similarly cook all.

When done enjoy with achar and spiced curd.
