Bread is the staple food of many cuisines all over the world. I used the bread maker to bake the bread.

Steps

First sieve the flour well. Add water,oil,sugar,salt in a pan of bread maker.

Then add wheat flour,maida and yeast. Remember always add liquid followed by dry ingredients.

While adding yeast make sure that yeast does not reach wet ingredients.

Insert the bread pan into the bread maker. Close the lid.

Press menu button to set the wheat bread.

Use wheat bread, weight 750 gm, colour setting to dark crust and press start button.

It will takes 4 hours to knead,ferment and bake the bread. When the bread is done remove the bread pan.

Tuen over the bread pan and shake it to remove the bread loaf.

Let it cool down for 30 minutes before slicing. Bread is ready to serve.
