Soaked maida full night. For fermanent

Boil the water add sugar and make thick sugar syrup

Take a piping bag or /sauce bottele. pour the batter of maida.

Heat oil(ghee) in pan on medium flame make jalebi round shape and till golden brown colour then turn back. and take out in sugar syrup dip in it.

After soaking 4-5 min and take out on a plate and serve with fresh curd

Sugar syrup is hot not more hot if sugar syrup will extra hot it will not crispy (or soft
