Take a bowl to add poha (grind coarsely), potato, onion, peanuts, green peas, coriander, green chilli, salt, sugar and 3tbsp curd and mix well all the ingredients. Now add 1 cup of water in this and mix well. Add slowly and gradually water in it, don't add too much water. This batter requires more water so I'mein adding 1/2 cup more water in it. Let batter rest for 10 minutes.

After rest of 10 mins, our mixture has become so dry so will add 1 tbsp curd, 1/2 cup water, 2 Eno sachet, and oil now mix all ingredients well.
Now our batter has a soft consistency. Now arrange batter in the muffin tray. - 3
Now, let's bake in a pre-heated wok at the low-medium flame for 30-35 mins.
For oven: Bake at 100°C for 30 to 35 minutes.
Before baking anything always pre-heat oven/wok. - 4
I serve with a drop of Schezwan sauce it gives very nice taste our muffins
and it's ready to serve now.
