Wash Palak leaves nicely and put into a mixer grinder jar and add Palak leaves, Adarak and Green chillies and blend to make a smooth paste and keep aside.

Now in a big bowl mix wheat flour, suji, all-purpose flour, chilli flakes, salt, asafoetida, cumin seeds, oil, carom seeds and add Palak Chilli paste and Knead the hard dough. Cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

After some time Knead the dough again and make small ball of equal sizes.

Take one ball and roll it in circle or triangle(like porato) shape or both the shaoes greasing the rolling pin and board. Similarly roll all the luchai.

Keep a deep pan at high flame and pour oil for frying, when the oil is hot put luchai in a pan and fry it till golden in in color and flip it and fry from other side.

Similarly fry all the luchai and serve crispy Palak luchai with green chutney or tomato chutney.
