Poha is healthy and easy to make breakfast.
Steps

Wash the poha in seive and keep it aside.

Now place a pan on gas stove, put oil in it. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds in it, then add peanuts and saute it. Add onions and again saute.

Add poha, salt, turmeric powder green chillies, paneer and tomato sauce. Saute to mix all. Poha is ready.
